We have been learning how to do the Papakura Haka with Ms Ghent and the Kahikitea Hub.

WRITING

We discussed different types of writing that we can do when we are given options to choose what we want to write about.









Friday morning in Room 2:

Every morning we get ready for the day and also listen to Go-Noodle. Some students like to choose the songs, some like to sing along, and some like to dance.

Writing Weeks 9 & 10

Purpose:  Formal Letter writing.
Write a letter to the Prime Minister  on how you would like to be the Prime Minister for the day and what changes you would make for the day.


Some of the Room 2 students wrote a letter to the Prime Minister.  They emailed their letters to her and they were lucky enough to receive a response.

MATHS -

Collaborative Maths task:

Room 2 students work in groups of 3 or 4 to solve a Maths problem.
